making profit (small but its there) from methods and force play but its dull dull dull and for every £30 in £80 out there are 2 break evens or £50 in £35 out.
surely theres more out there?
i'm playing less and finding it less interesting. perhaps its an age thing but a few other experienced players (booked, GR etc) are saying the same thing. is this becoming a dead industry, should we leave it to the kids?
The maufacturers are being Gits. They chip a machine every fucking time we suss one out so there will never be real profitability. Also, I think they are running out of machine ideas so they tend to clone more and more. Whic are just re-chips of machines laready out there, that play even worse!
Sigh...
cheer up lads u can always try the stockmarket
or invent something new and fun...
...or not.
I stopped playing regularly two years ago,and I don't see things improving to the extent that I'd want to get back into it in a big way.
as I've said before,if you look around there are easier and safer ways to make money(and that's all it should be about really)
With flat profiles here to stay, roulette terminals etc taking over,I see things just getting worse and worse.
Sure, the ocassional good method or emptier still comes along, but machines taken at face-value are as bad now as they've ever been,IMO.![]()
I gave up playin regularly a few months ago, now I just stick a few quid in every now and again and see how it plays. Still I check for any good guides, tips, emptiers etc. For any new machines round my way.
Times have changed and now there is hardly any fun or profit for us in the industry![]()
I tend to find the best way of making regular and low risk profits is to call in to the local bingo hall on the busiest evenings. As long as you find out the house 'service and refill' schedule and stick to what you know streaks regularly, you can lose, not as long as you know when to walk and you can shark the old women without being to conspicuous. The amount they blindly pump through the machines is staggering.
