Hi All,

I'm located in the South, and these machines are popping up in pubs everywhere now. I think we get the machines down here after they have been everywhere else in the country.

Anyway, i'm still not making any profit on these. I am just going for the stepper surprise and managing to get the feature setup most times, but struggling to gamble up to stepper surprise, it does gamble, but only about 3/10 times. So i'm putting around £30 in when it's already backing, then £25 out. So how are people making money on these machines?

any ideas?

Yeah I think everyone knows about this 'trick' now..

I dont even bother with em now unless backing from the start

had one of these backing from the start..funny enough..

Now, went into the services with £5, and played a £5 Beer Guide. Managed to turn it into £15, them played a few more...Super Charged and Clones...

Well i went on the D'n'P and it was backing from the start, so thinking of the days when i played "battle axe, and ultimo" i would continue pushing, sure did give me the hots, but a super or two. But £25 of my profit, and £40 of my own and nothing more shown that a steady increase up to £15.

I got to the last £1, and took Loco Hold for jackpot, as it was giving me loads of nudges..

How would you of progressed with this..? It would give u 1 hot lift, then boost right up too 6 or 7.. also giving good numbers too, as going from red - red...shame it kicks ass when you have a 2 or a 11 tho..

Suggestions please..and what should i of done..? Forced, made a quick profit..? What..

Also played a hulk,. that went mad, and give me a board every credit for about £4, so i took £4 per board...

...my own individual opinion is to avoid all new rev clones. Very rarely is a profit obtainable on Fireball. D&P is even worse.

If you do want to play them, then do a £100 through the machine and you will often catch the top feature for £40, an isolated JP, some decent wins off Super mode, and other stuff to get £99 back.

My opinion only.

either people are doing something wrong or my little patch isnt get hit like every other buggers???

its dead easy to rip 2 JPS out of these every 3/4 days or so with locohold trick and a small knowledge of reels. ive got three on the go and all are making steady profit each week

funnily enough 2 i dont touch are both 25p 82% and supplied by rank leisure - they seem to play like shit each time. a chip?

i dont think a chip, but maybe somebody is taking all the value out of it, and leaving them not far of full, never found one chipped, but had one go for three jps of a fiver, and another go for two jps of £2, not bad profit of two machines, so the profit is still there.

perhaps but its strange that both are supplied by same company and have the same settings. one of them is in a bookies and the woman behind the counter is confident noone else is ripping it, and i beleive her.

maybe the 25p setting makes a difference, though i cant really see how. 82% is high, better than those im makiing steady money out of. hmm?
