I dunno what people mean when they say refill day cus I know most of the places I go to refill their machines each and EVERY morningyou can walk past before opening and their lids are up and the guys are pouring in the pounds...
I know some places like amusement arcades sometimes have a set day like the one near me Thomas's refills on tuesdays I think is is..
But I would imagine bookies and pubs simply refill em every day cus the machine knows not to take the refill as part of payout % but the players dont know this do they?...
Why has it come to this?
suppose it all depends on where you live Scott, if your in a busy location then daily re-fills are more common due to the larger "turnover". Personally, as i live in a village, the mech's hardly ever need filling cos i can play them and others then fill them up again for me (which is nice) so im looking at about a 3-4 day cycle. In the local arcade, Monday is re-fill day, so aswell as being quite a good day (due to piss heads playing during the weekend, especially all the lo-tec's) one's that have been "done" over the weekend can sound ready to the unsuspecting/unknowledgeable/vivid crewalthough it's not exactly rocket science to spot one thats backing yet not giving any decent feature entries

pubs dont refill machines every day. an engineer comes round once a week, sometimes once every two. know your days and you can tell quite a lot about the state of the amchine by first win and whether its backing
machine owners will not trust the keys to a landlord or member of staff
