Most unbelievable thing to ever happen on a fruit machine

My mate was playing Dosh and Pecks the other day, and after putting about 40 quid in, he got the dosh and pecks top feature. He hit the first shot and it gave him a fiver, then flashed up for the obvious repeat.

He hit it on no.

The top feature on Dosh and Pecks, the feature that is even above the jackpot gave him a fiver.

He was fuming.

Does anybody have any idea why this happened.

huh yeh.. sounds like it was in super mode mate..
If in super I would only select £25 and nothing else

yeah i had something similar on AP.gave mega AP,hit 15-had tried 25another time,didnt repeat,so thought if going lower,MUST do that.15 didnt repeat.frustrating!!!!

had a simmilar experence a while back. Golden Dragon new into the nightclub on a not very busy thursday night. Went on backing like hell did not bother with the method and went for the force instead (as i had a mate with me who i don't trust 100% to keep his mouth shut). got to £25 on cash thought sod it ill gamble, top feature....£6 yes thats £6.

but carried on and after about another £30 it went for £75 on the super mode (got £95 in total including the £6 and afters).

I thought my mate must have pressed a button or something for me to get £6 but after reading the D&p experence above i think it must be something barcrest is starting to program in. Let us know if something simmalar happens to you.

i have alredy posted this info a mega top feature is only £25 unless it repeats then another £25 hitting smaller wins will not make it repeat unlike the a/f or p/a if it is on the streak then you will find it better to take it on a normal especially on a rev or clone

Booked - had one go for a £5

went super got to £10 and had a step to 2+ cash i.e. top feature. i was kicking myself as i thought it was 1+ cash (GRRR!)

fucker then went for £5 and died. £30 in after for sweet FA. This was a GD as well, cant understand it, unless i caught the end of streak?

a top feature is only a guaranteed 25 unless it takes a credit dont hit anything else appart from 25 on a super as it tends not to repeat it can repeat up to anything of a super but only in multipules of 25 third time i have said it but on a better point i was talkling to a mate of mine and he had a powers go for 150 on a free win just to let you know that its possible and it was still buzzed up enough for another jp of £2 but sadly no steak but a nice iou for £48 for him
