when you are talking about an IM what do you mean? and forcing do you mean that you feed money into the machine but dont accept and wins and gamble higher on an 11 etc til the machine has to pay out?

IM means Immortal Mode.
Basically a guaranteed jackpot board usually indicated by the machine logo changing colour or flashing repeatedly, should be quite noticeable. You won't die before you get the jackpot on an IM board but sometimes it isn;t always the best thing to aim for.Rejecting jackpots off "some" machines when on an IM board in favour of taking a smaller win manipulates the percentage payout of the machine and makes it "Very happy" so to speak.
err..that would be Invincible..

Some of the manufacturer/distributor websites define IM as Invinicble Mode.
everyone calls it invincible mode apart from this jollyjoker fellow
