Hi all sorry this isn`t about fruit machines but it is really important does anyone know where to get Sky and NTL cards which gaves you all the television channels

You cannot get pirate Sky Cards...... (yet) and its been 5 years.... Sky made sure that the security was strong this time, unlike in the Analogue days.

Now cable.. thats a different matter. My mate gets NTL for free, because they know an Enginner, wink wink, nudge nudge...

someone gave me a hack for the sky system, i have it saved somewhere... will dig it out and post it to whomever wants it. interestingly It doesnt involve dodgy cards or connecting to a pc like the old sky season9 hacks etc ..just a battery and some wires...

I know what you mean, i have the method involving a battery lying around somewhere.

However, my telephone line did not have the colours that you are supposed to twist together, so couldnt do it!

The method using a battery to respond to the payment signal doesnt work in the long term.

It offers free payperview events by disconnecting your telephone line from the phone socket and connecting a 9v battery to the end of it. When purchasing payperview events, the sky box atempts to connect to the provider via the phone line to authorise payment, however as the phone connection has been replaced by the battery, the signal is relayed and the payperview request is authorised without payment.

However, Sky have been aware of this for some time although as far as I know, they cant be arsed to change the payment authorisation process. In order to combat the problem Sky make regular connection checks to see if boxes are connected to the phone line. If they are not, you will get a phone call before too long requesting that the phone line is reconnected to avoid your Sky service being cancelled. Then when you do plug the phone line back in, you are charged for everything you have ever purchased.

+ The Sky box memory buffer only allows about 5 films to be ordered with this method anyway.

Only useful if you are planning to end your Sky service and never connect again.
