Was feeling bored so I thought I would raise a few pointers for questions asked too often on the main board.
1) Refill keys - How do I get one/use one - You dont. They are a waste of money, they serve no purpose anymore unless you want to put money in a machine without them counting as credits.. again this is useless as someone is bound to slam a fiver or so within a couple of hours of you hammering it. They do not show the pound hopper balances on many machines.. only ones pre-1999 or so.. and even most of them have been deactivated. If you really believe all the false hype on the sites that sell them then buy one but dont say I didnt warn you.
2) How to tell a chipped VIVID? - Too many people asking this.. guess it is everyones fault for posting the VIVID method all over the net in the first place but anyways... most chipped ones will say CASH in the LCD.. this is of course the most obvious one but some do not have any differences in attract mode.. You can only tell in reel play, however stuff like connect 4 has differences here as it will tend to give VIVID features and stuff more often and more shuffles etc off bonus. Also on the board Hi/Lo'ing up the feature trail when not JP ready will likely kill you off at about 5 features up..
Also the feature starting at 1.20 on every board after trying the hi/lo on features several times is a sure sign it is chipped.
3) What is Backing? - this is when a machine is full up.. you can hear the coins dropping to the bottom. This is not always a reason to go change up a £20 to start forcing the machine, if it is late night in a busy pub or something then it should be pretty safe and probably profitable but if it is early morning anywhere then you can be certain it has just been refilled before they opened and this is not good.
I will add more and sort the grammar/spelling etc over time

Couple of things:
What is stripping a machine?
What is ment by 'forcing' a machine?
When i play i usually put £5 in in one go, if i'm not on the board within that i move to the next machine - is this better then toughing it out on one.
HELP for jumping jacks - vivid.
Cheers fella

stripping - ah, the good old days!
stripping or strimming, was when bendy bits of plastic could be pushed into a coin mech then when £1 coins were put in pulled back on rapidly so that the oney registered in the machine but then came out of the reject chute. will not work now.
forcing - only going for the JP or top feature and ignoring any other win
jumpin jacks - do you mean jumpin jokers?
