I am new to this board, but I read a post about someone wanting Hot Stuff tips, well I am gonna share all my knowledge on both Hot Stuff and Hellraiser, and I hope it hepls you win.
First of all, I have noticed that it spins you in wins quite often, either by holding two symbols three times, or by nudging in two winning symbols, and then being given the option to hold. If you nudge in, say two mixed bars (the most frequent win), and you are then offered the chance to hold, just spin, and it will then spin you in the win.
The bonuses are pretty much the standard, boost, trail shot, numbers in view, stoppa, super hold (a good way to tell if the machine is playing is if stoppa or boost let you on the board). Hellraiser also has a bonus called Added Extra, if you get that make sure you get the two numbers to equal nine, as this then gives you another bonus.
It pays on this machine to learn the reels. This especially comes in handy for features like Nearest Win, which can be great for a quick jackpot. But of course the thing to play for is the Hot Stuff feature (Hellrasier Streak on Hellraiser). It gives a guarenteed minimum of £25, and the other day my friend told me he got £60 from Hot Stuff.
If you have got all feature upgrades, and are quite near the top on features, play for Cash Attack. It is the feature directly below Jackpot. MAKE SURE THE FEATURE IS HOT THOUGH. This feature can give out up to £35, the feature itself is a Yes/No gamble, some are true skill, watch outfor those, but if the feature is Hot, you will win the fast ones to. When you win the gamble, you get a shot on the cash trail, and whatever value you get is added to your total.
The features to get jackpot are (preferibly have these features on hot) Nearest Win, Super Hold, Cash Code (3,1,2 is the code I always put in for Jackpot), Tutti Frutti, and Lucky Ladders can also give enough Super K.O.'s for Jackpot.
Another tip for you, if you have say 3 or 4 quid on the cash trail, look for mystery bars, as they shoot you up from your current cash position. Also, if you are on super hold, and you have mystery bars in view, take them (unless you have a big win, as once again you will be shot up from current cash position).
On the blue board on Hot Stuff, there are two places you cannot die, the bottom question mark, and the two cash symbol after the question mark on the left. On Hellraiser, the two places are one place after the question mark on the bottom right, and the other is three places down from the question mark on the bottom right.
GOOD SIGNS THAT SUGGEST IT IS PLAYING
Coins backing.
Being given red boosts before you even have a spin.
Good numbers i.e. 3,4,1 each one nudge away.
Slow bonuses, and ultimately being given good bonuses.
How far you get knocked down when your eliminated from red board.
Getting good features on red board like multi add and steaks (if machine isn't playing, you will just get repeats and upgrades.
On question marks, getting stuff like skill continue (if you land on a question mark, and you have a 1 or a 12, chances are you will land on yes/no continue, with the opportunity to gamble up to hi/lo continue, or to lose completely, however if you have a decent number, and you land on hi/lo continue, then it is a sign that the machine wants to pay.
BAD SIGNS TO SUGGEST IT ISN'T PLAYING
Getting a double 12 on Hot Stuff for your 1st two spins
Getting either 7,7,9, 7,1, or a 7,11 for your 1st spins on hellraiser
Red boost only boosting you up 2 places
Landing on crappy places on the board
The machine taking £8/£9 to get on the board
If you play this machine right, you can make a big profit, it streaks quite often, however the jackpot never repeats. They are, however the two best machines I have ever played, and I really enjoy playing them. I hope this hepls, let me know if any of my tips have helped you.
You must be playing them after they've been filled by idiots.
