So my guess it is a fake!! Although i was convinced when it took ages to count on the oranges

yes it does work, and all the ones in blackpool are chipped, like 99.9% of the others all over the country.

It will pay all the £1's and then the rest of the 20p's until it empty leaving a £180ish IOU, depending if is was full or not.

Costs about £20 for a banana, nothing more really, should get MAD FOR IT while you are playing for a banana coz there is so much value in the machine.

It's always worth a try though....
A bit of maths tells me that if I really could be arsed, and subject to the machines still being there and/or not chipped then I could spend about 6 hours driving round Leicester and Nottingham counties to get to the locations of 12 unchipped machines. They really are still out there if you know where to look, I never bother unless I'm close by as they are regularly done.
