Royal Family emptier

does anyone know how to tell which royal family / hi-lo watha has been chipped? i know of these where you can change the stakes, but not sure if chipped, if it has does the change stake cheat work??

Unless it's in some horrible off the track miserable pub it will definitely be chipped...and then almost certainly
[get a hold..wait for the cycle-insert 20p auto-switch/insert credit another hold repeat..repeat..unchipped(in your dreams).]
