Got this the other day...

When you get an I.M. board (logo flashes top left) gamble up to £25 on the shots trail, DO NOT play for features and arrows, just gamble on good numbers and use your bonuses wisely, you shouldn’t lose on 2s,3s,10s,11s on an I.M. board… step to 1s & 12s just to be on the safe side if you want. Then try and get an ‘Extra Life’ off a bonus.

If you get an 'Extra Life' off a bonus and take a feature then the 'Extra Life' turns an ordinary feature into a 'super feature'... I know this is old news to some people, BUT if you gamble up to the £25 JP on the shots trail, the JP will repeat once or twice because you have an extra life.

Basically, gamble up to the £25 on the shots trail when offered an I.M. board and get an 'Extra Life' along the way...

I find this a better method than going for the red keys on an I.M. board... I've never had above £35 on an I.M. board and with the red keys. I've only had JP repeat using the 'Shots & Extra Life' method.

It should work for you guys.

Sounds very interesting, obviously as you say the number should be manipulated to give a bonus, do you think it will work on Lockbuster? Will try tomorow (well today) and let everyone know.

i took the piss 2nite! i have a prize is right machine in my local and in my regular niteclub. i didn't know that extra life turns a feature into a superfeature. i got an extra life and took £4 on the cash side and it repeated twice and i got 12 squid from the bandit in my local & walked away. i didn't know that an im board flashes i thought that an im board happens if all keys are red. a couple of hours later i went to the club down the road with the boys & i tried a few squid in the machine. after about £10 the machine flashed so i knew it was in im mode and i gambled up the cash ladder just like you said with an extralife from a 3bonus & i got the jacky & repeat. should it repeat more than once, i've read on this board that the machine pays out above £100 or is that bollox. does this trick work on similar bellfruit machines? b'cuz my town is full of bellfruits. do u know anything for invaders by red. PS - cheers for the tip spyhunter i owe you one. its not often i get one over a fruit machine my nite was paid for!

Pete, not too sure if they should repeat more than once, they have known to using this method… a repeat is a bonus anyway. I’m not sure about them paying out £100 at a time, but there is a ‘forcing’ method and ‘rejecting’ the red key streak method but I think those are too risky. A quick £50 is easier and less laborious. I’ve seen many people get the red key streak and they have never had above £35.

Why did you take the £4 repeat in your local? Was it on an I.M. board or was it a quick profit of an ordinary board? Probably the latter. Anyway, its best to take cash repeats with an extra life when playing on an ordinary board, just for a quick profit. Doesn’t always work though!

Dan… to answer your question, I tend to gamble logically when on an I.M. board (higher than 3s, 4s lower than 10s, 9s etc), it’s a habit of mine. But in this case, there are bonuses on a 3,5,7,9 so its best to gamble higher than 2s, 3s and lower than 10s, 11s as you will get a higher chance of getting a bonus. Remember, you need bonuses to get an extra life.

i had no idea that you would be unlikely to lose on good numbers on an im board.
