Got a LOTR in the local by bell friut its a newer machine with gettin 3 symbols on the reels let u in, got any tips 4 playin it? what IM mode 4 it? cant tell maself, stuck a good bit of money in it and only managed to get about a tennor up! Help plz.
LOTR is one of the crappest machines I've played (that and Gold Rush)....one important piece of advice on LOTR is this, don't change notes through the machine.
Why not? It would be illegal if the machine reduced it's percentage payout because you change a £20 in it. These machines are always floated to £250 if they have note changers. The only downside to them is it's harder to find a true backing one.....
example 1 ....you get a streak for £75 and leave. Next player goes on but doesn't know whether to force for streak or not...and could gamble on the assumption that someone has changed 3 or 4 £20 for beer money/whatever.
example 2 ....the machine is £80 light because someone has changed 4 £20 but it is in fact gagging to play for JP/streak...you just can't tell.
