Hi all - back after a slight technical glitch (thanks to the webmaster for his support)

Would just like to ask if anyone else has had any nasty run ins with ' The Great Escape' £25JP .

Played this recently and had some nice wins off crossfire !

Well the other day the GIT took £50 whilst backing - Forcing Collect shity Prize on me about 9 times ,Collect prize gave me - £6 + repeat and repeated (something you just don't want when playing for a streak!!) it also gave me tunnel vision and a load of other crap . It kept pushing the upgrade past super crossfire .

This must have been re - programmed from the original ITJ2 machine . A much harsher program which can take upto £90 - which it had off me in the end - Managed to get a JP repeat of (Super crossfire though) so not all lost but this is one not to trust too much !

If you are playing for the top features and/or streak, unless you know a machine very very imtimately and can gauge how near it is to streak, do not, I repeat: do not play machine that can force wins on you because you just cannot manipulate the machine's profile - it maniplates you instead.

One of the things I tend to try and do if I do play these machine is, if the machine allows hi/lo gambles on the board, then I try and duff the feature up after the 3rd go unless it is over the £5 mark, especially on Maygays. Another thing I do if you get a win forced on you, is try and get the feature stack and always gamble it because most time you will get the worse feature, and most features can buggered up to give a noddy win [although on all Pound-Of-The-Baskaville clones the collect win randomly selects the stack if I can remember].
