My PM's aren't arriving ???

Just wondered if anyone can help me with a technical problem .

I Receive an E-Mail telling me my private Messages have arrived and i also get a Window open when i enter The Forum also telling me i have New private messages but when i go to my inbox - They aren't there ???

Anyone shed any light on this ?
