Actually, I had that rumour so I am a bit careful of that type of competition. Also some of their tournies are geared up to the US so timings aren't always great.

What are the headings on the boxes that are blank? Could you do a screenshot and post it up or email it to me?
Sorry Matt, but I'm a complete technophobe. How do I do this? There doesn't seem to be any instruction bar - not even one for a Home page. I've tried right clicking - nothing. Enlarging - nothing. There is nothing on the Tournament Info tab in the boxes marked "place, percentage, prizes" or in the box marked "levels, blind, ante, min" or the box marked "hand for hand start, hand for hand stop" (which I presume is only used in the game as I've never seen this on anything before). When I click on Table info it gives me a list of the players registered.

To do a screen shot, get whatever it is you want on screen then press the 'print screen' button (often found somewhere near the insert button). This takes a kind of photo of the screen. Then open up some imaging software (such as MS Paint or photoshop or something) then click paste (or press ctrl+v). You'll then get an image of what the screen looked like. You can then save this and email it to Matt or upload it to a hosting site and post the link here (if you are scratching your head, just add the email as an attachment and send it to me at my forum user name [watch the spelling] @hotmail.com and I'll host it for you and post it here).

Tom, that explains a lot - there is nothing except the basic window shown on screen. No other buttons, tabs, border, nothing. So I can't instruct it to do anything. I'll just try to reinstall. But thanks anyway.
