This is a classic case of a spambot at work. These posts are not made to be read by humans. As the first line of this spam says it is all to do with SEO.(search engine optimisation) The way it works is by placing spammy links in posts over lots of forums. This then somehow enhances the chances of that perticular website being higher up on Google etc. It is all done automatically by spambot software. Try typing "Xrumer" into Google. You will see what I mean. When you buy this spamming software it comes complete with a list of over 1500 active forums, one of which will be this one!
