Can you guys have a look at some of these hands and let me know where im going wrong. i Have another 20 like these from last night alone

First one bet the flop and go broke.

Second one is a fold preflop by default.

3rd one i'd have 4 bet preflop - I don't really like the stop n go.

I suggest you lower your starting range - then you wont be dissapointed when you lose with rags.

Don't think you're doing anything wrong.. the swings at 10nl are just brutal.. and worse if your going to play a 29vpip... simply brace yourself Shella and enjoy the ride. Personally I can't handle it being so swingy and so play a vpip of at most 16 and it still does my head in. For every 4 buy-ins you win you'll lose 3 to coolers and suck-outs. Any K any A on the board is uber dangerous because K7 A6 is the nuts as far as most of these fish go. Last nite my QQ got rivered by a chap you called my pot size bets all the way with K2. Insane.. yes but welcome to the nut-house.

Hello cayton.
First ones a cooler,cant do anything about it....although you probably know ur losing the shuv on the river,its 1 of them "i call anyway,you never know " calls.
Second hand is a fairly hefty 3 bet (your in sb right?) try and get the rags out.

3rd hand,get your chips in pre flop.

This is how i would play it those hands.
Everybody plays differently,and nobody is 100% right all the time,listen to what people have to say,and pick what you think is best for your style of play.
