I imagine that's PCUK, but it doesn't really matter Matt, I'm peed of about it actually. I emailed them, then I got the auto message still no reply and then I have copied and pasted the original message to them get the auto message later and yet still no reply. Bearing in mind this is a few weeks back, maybe upto 2 months ish :S

Can you forward the email to me via PM or matt@ , and I'll chase it up for you. We did have some problem with the support@ email address a few weeks back when we moved the site to a new server. That's all fixed now though, and the backlog of emails that was created should have been sorted only shortly after.

I'm not that fussed, I've actually been really peed of with the help service on PCUK. I emailed them that 1-2 month ago in which I didn't get no reply and I re-sent it 3 or 4 times, still nothing. Yet before that I emailed with other queries about something in which they tell me they can't do anything about it and to contact someone else, who else could I contact? There has been a few more incidents too, but it just piles up.


I stopped playing on PCUK over last month and gone to CelebPoker, which is confusing but getting used to it. :S
