I have to agree with the majority.

The standard play IMO would be to re-raise the initial 3000 bet out pre-flop. I'd probably re-raise 4 times the 3000 and I see that leaves you with a few chips - therefore all-in in this case. If the others call they are also resting their entire stack on their cards. If they out-draw you then at least you leave the tourney knowing you made totally the right play and poker sucks! :o)
