After cashing out my roll 12 months ago i now just find myself depositing $50-$100 when i can be arsed and playin in large mtts on stars, which is both silly and huge gamble territory!!
When i first started playin years ago i deposited a feww hundred $ and built it up from there which was cool so i have set myself the above challenge.
To be honest it is a bit of fun but am confident i can do it:
i will try and follow jesus fergusons following rules, which he used in his $0 - $10k challenge:
1 - When playin cash and stts never put more than 5% of roll on table
2- When playin mtts never use more than 2% of roll
3 - In cash situation, if money on table equates to 10% or more of roll then cash out
Yes, its gonna be long, and tiring, and boring at some points, but hopefully it will a) help me concentrate on the game and not the money, and b) build my roll to go back to my comfortable levels.
i havent set myself a time limit, so will just go with the flow.
I started to today, and am s4ooter on stars
Wish me luck!
good luck dann!!
Walking away is easy. The hard part is standing up.
Microstakes ftw!!!

woody u must be my back luck omen kid - played 10 $1 double or nothings and cashed in 1!!!
OMG how sic,
only got my money in bad once, got it in dominating 7 times and lost them all!!
can see this is gonna be fun!
of and walked my trip tens into trip kings on cash table - thank god it was only 0.01/0.02 eh!
Good luck.

nice lil run - in $3 stt - 6 seaters, now up to $81.01
w00p w00p
game on
carried on with these little gems, now up to $91.81 which after my bad sart is good for a few days work. tbh i have ran sooo hot in these, even got my sharkyscope to have superhot next to it - yippee. not now just had 2 3rds on the trot! boo
only problem i find is ive only cashed in first 14% of the time.
saying that cashed 2nd over 50% of the time
and only twice have i not been top 3
if i can just start to move those 2nds to 1st, ill be happy!!!!
Not really had chance to play any 1c/2c cash as of yet but think ill stick with the sngs till they run cold lol
Quick question:
Obviously 6 seater turbos are where im performing well, should i maybe move to 10 seaters for the added potential roll that is available for me to win?!?!
oh and pokertracker is my hero!!!!
TBH I would stay away from the turbos as they can be very crap shooty after about 5 levels which is usually only about 15-20 mins in to them. I am not sure how it works on stars but they usually have normal/speed/turbo which have level changes in these intervals 8mins/5mins/3mins (Somebody correct that if wrong)
You can play some actual poker in the normal ones rather then getting it all in with your AK's, AQ's and getting called by a weaker ace only to get sucked out on in the turbos
As for the coolers you can pretty much sit back in them and watch how everyone else plays. No need to go mad in them because you are not aiming for first place
my graph doesnt quite make sense as installed pokertracker after i started this challenge, and had already played (and lost) some sngs before i started the challenge so sharkscope isnt a true reflection either.
lil swingy today
moved up to $99, then down to $89 - now at $95.38
day off tomorrow so i will hope to get myself up to $120 minimum AND promise ill figure out how to get a graph on here, guess its just a case of a hosting site and then gettin the url to post??!?!?!
to be honest i may make my own excel graph, or is there a software out there that will just show my roll and its fluctautions conbining all disaplines!?
Onward!
