    Cheers for all the advice guys, its much appreciated. I have made a few changes to my play and it seems to be working nicely. My ROI is above 20% now and the sharkscope graph is looking a lot better.

    Fold T7. The best move you could have done there was get away from a very bad hand and flop, fold pre, a strong ballsy play if you had a good image would have been a re rs but safe is fold pre, or after the cc post flop - fold. You just should not be in the hand, blinds are never yours anyway, sometimes its best to just let them go. His stack was similar to yours any way. imo if your up against a stack similar to your own, unless you got the goods to go to war - fold. Hand ranges are important here so put him on his range and decode/decide what to do.
