What happens to this pot?

does this get spit between all players still in the hand? or does this go to the person with the highest 2 cards in their own 2 cards??

its a split pot, the players that have not folded and are still in the hand split the pot equally

It's always worth betting heavy on the river in these instances. Sometimes muppets fold.

..nope, I remember getting people to fold to a nut board several times. On one occasion (I posted it here I think) I got 3 people to all fold.

I play against all types.

If ever in poker you get the opportunity to win something without risking anything, then do it.
