Pending Bonus & Poker.co.uk help

I a few weeks ago made a few deposits the first being 24.77 euro and I didn't realise there was a promotion going on. So I played away lost etc... made a couple more deposits and then realised the bonus thing, I went to support see how much I had raked it was something like 25 euro's or around that.

So Today I went and got placed in the Forum Freeroll 3rd (30E) and I played with that and went onto a cash table with 20euro's and came off the cash table with 50-60 euro's. I'm not quite sure how much. I had played some multi tourney's with that and didn't get placed then went back onto cash table where I had lost it all (bout 40E) but I had won a few hands about 15-20E before losing etc..

I then realised I have surely got to have the pending bonus now? Nothing still has been put into my account. rake means the money you have won? if So.. I had already raked 20something already and made about 35 profit before multi tourney's? along with other bits and bobs?

I have Emailed this to support, BUT recently I have emailed support about things and no reply, I then emailed them again with the interaction number and they still haven't replied, about a week ago too. I really don't like the support I get from the staff lol, they either talk to me like a child or as if they have better things to do with their time, I had to explain to someone what the pending bonus was etc...!

Anyone else having trouble with poker sites doing this kind of stuff?

No - rake is the amount the site takes from the pot in a cash game, or the + figure in a tournament.

AAron, strange u have no clue, when in actual fact u commented in the freeroll last night "cheryl, you have no fucking clue". How strange.

Ill do the right thing and be helpful then.

Hit the 24 hr Live Help button, ask them to tell you how much you have raked in total on this account and itll take them a couple of minutes but they'll be able to give you an amount in €. You need to rake €50 in order to get each €10 back from your First Deposit Bonus or Reload Bonus if its one of those, but thats the easiest way to keep tabs on it.
