Update: One of the main cables supporting Malta infrastructure has a major issue (Boss Media servers are based in Malta). This is affecting a lot of businesses and also phone communications, both mobile and land based, throughout that country.

Matt whats the deal if you were in a game and it crashed do they give you the money back?

i.e. I was in a 10e SNG and we was about 5 hands in and it crashed

I'm not sure what the deal is with this yet. I'll wait to see what they say once the problem is fixed.

Most players at the table only had around 20BB.

I do think he would have folded had I shoved pre.

The network has been shut down while they try to fix the problem.

So Vodafone have sabartarged our cable typical

Lucky the fault in on land and not in the water

Connectivity has now been restored on the main cable, and the network is back up and running.

Matt was there any mention of refunds due to the down time last week?
Did they still payout to all the people in the tournies that had 3 etc runners

Just interested as I was going through some old stories when betfair released an update for their poker software which had a glitch where if everybody in an 6 seat SNG went all-in first hand whoever won would get the 1st place money but everyone else got 2nd place money.
They had to track down the users and reclaim the prizes due to this in the T&C's
"9.2 of their Terms and Conditions, which states that the player agrees to refund any winnings that come about as a result of "any bug, defect or error in the software."

Just wondering if boss had something similar in place and if it works the other way round
