Withdraw and bonus sites

When do people withdraw out of thier poker account into their bank account? I'm thinking 10% of my bankroll every sunday night, is this too much i have $200 in my account and am playing at $0.05/$0.10. Also what levels do you need to play at to make a signup bonus campaign worth while, i have found that depositing $200 in the view of getting 100% bonus a bit of a task as you are only rolled to play $0.05/$0.10. Would it be better to deposit a bankroll to allow you to play at $0.25/$0.50 or even $0.50/$1 in order to get the bonus quicker???

I don't agree with the way you are calculating bankroll, though know a lot of others also think of it the way you do.

If, for instance, you have $1000 in total that you set aside for poker, then just because you have $200 in one site doesn't change the fact that your bankroll is $1000.

So I feel you are artificially limiting your limits as it seems you actually have a larger bankroll from what you said there.

my simple strategy is start with $100... then make it to $200. I tell myself I will not drop below $200, and if I do then I withdraw it straight away and start again with $100. I find this really helps my discipline!
