If its on offer i could go for some of this too I play the 3e and 5e 5mans mainly but would like to go a bit higher so that its actually worth it...? >.< Just withdrew £100 in my Jesus Challenge, so am building up again from a small amount.

I dont like the shove, your play looked like a high pair so he was only going to call you with trips or two pair, if you checked it may have looked like an ace king so he might have bet with queens or kings, but not a terrible play unlucky to lose that amount but we all get cold decked sometimes

If you think his range is strong 4bet him, if you think air is a portion of his range (doesnt seem like it) then call. 4bet size $24 is around $60 to me. I do it this size so u can 4bet peoples 3bets light sometimes. Instacall usually REAKS of AK. as played pot is like $150 and you have $160. Anything but a shove on this flop is criminal. if he has jacks or tens then GG.
