Problem with online poker room.

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i am having with an online poker room.
The company in question is betway.com whom i opened an account with them about 10 days ago, late on at night with the sole purpose to play poker. I registered, deposited £50 and tried ot get their poker room to work, but something was wrong with it that night and it wouldnt load up, so i had a small go at there online casino lost a bit, won a bit and decided to cash out when i got just over my starting amount as poker was the reason i was there. So i withdrew my money and switched off for the evening.
But the next day i tried to access this new account to find i couldnt. So i contacted betway and they told me they had deleted my account becasue the user name i log in with was an anagram of a swear word. I really didnt think there was a problem because no one sees your log on details anyhow but appoligised and was then told my withdrawal would take 5 days to reach my account.
Unfortunatly 5 days came and went and i started ot email betway.com about this, and all my emails were ignored (they have no phone details) . They are based in malta and have other online poker rooms like gnuf.com , these are all the same people.
I have tried and tried but they will not give me my money.
I have sent them over a dozon emails in the last week and only had one reply, and this is only to ask me to open a new account. theres nothing about my money there.
Can anyone tell me what i should do to get my cash back?

One thing i have never understood about spam and spammers is why the majority are always very negative about the sites they are spamming!

I mean, why 'market' (read as: spam) the sites completly slagging them off?

If any of the spammers could answer that question i would be grateful. I am genuinely intrested in hearing the views of the 'marketing' experts.

How do you know they are a spammer though?

This forum is pretty high on Google's ranking for "gambling forum" so it seems to me people would actually search for that to answer some question they have about gambling?

Man your paraniod, i dont know how you came to the conclusion im a spammer.
I have a ligitamate concern and need help to try and solve it, so i used google and found this site and i thought someone might point me in the right direction, no more, no less.

I am sorry about him, but I automatically thought you were a spammer when I saw your links too, If you had been around on these forums as long as him or me you would realise how often you get spam here.

Anyhow, in the future I would do some research on poker sites before you play them. Some have just started and are run really poorly, otherwise I am sorry to hear about your problem.

Did you try calling the number on the second post below. Seems fairly shocking that their support number isn't even a freephone one though!..
