Default boss network

this is a moan about the boss network not poker.co.uk but they need to check whats going on

been playing cash tables this weekend never know it so bad players raise with nothing alot and hitting cards

3 times lost to fullhouse v fullhouse
5 times flush hits on river to lose when totally in front
twice with aa to some 1 playing crap 5 8 3 5 and hit str8 or flush
now i am 100% sure the boss network have pokerbots running or players for them selfs

i know going to get called all sorts but its true and nothing will convince me otherwise

to many times its happend and not just to me but other players at the table the players i saw and suspect have been reported

i reported 1 and as soon as he was reported it went from table after being there for over ahour and getting paid

Shane, I understand your frustration at getting outdrawn, but this would happen whether you are playing a human or a bot. And the scenarios you mention above are pretty common unfortunately, especially if you are playing lower limits, or against players who aren't very good - and therefore call with crap cards, often getting lucky.

Getting outdrawn like this is all part of the game. There are various arguements that it happens more often on some networks than others - e.g. a lot of people call PokerStars 'RiverStars' due to it seeming that you always get outdrawn on the river. For me, I find it happens more often live (see my thread about the Gypsy Curse for some examples of this).

As for bots, I'm aware of Bots trawling some of the bigger sites - e.g. FullTilt, PartyPoker, Pokerstars, but have never heard of one on the Boss Network.

A bot usually plays a very poor brand of poker, and almost always sticks to Fixed Limit games.

I lost most of my bankroll in one hand the other day on a limit table. I runner runnered the second nut flush and an opponent runner runnered the nut flush. I am a good player and they had been observed to be a bad player, so in my opinion neither of us deserved what happened in that hand, and I am lodging a formal complaint here.

Default site

the network is pulling some strange stuff guess its to pay for other things as no 1 can make these's crap calls with out knowing cant lose
u say bad players play badly yes there do but would u call 5x big blind with 4 2 suited then when only 1 diamond hits push all in i had hit trips

as it stands at the moment i am withdrawing my cash (will be back when settles down)

i know not going to make much differance to site but jesus know way can this be right. That was just 1 hand cant go through all the others just to prove how bad these's calls was or super insight in to what cards are coming next

guess the boss networks loaning stars rng for a while with built in bots

all support says is we only take max 3€ from a hand ok nice to know but times that by how many hands a network plays in 1 hour not all be €3 but still nice little earner when network needs it .

What support mean by only taking a max of €3 per hand is that this is how the sites make their money. There is absolutely no advantage to be gained in rigging the game against / for a certain player, as the network will still earn €3 regardless. It makes no difference whatsoever who wins the hand.

You really do need more evidence before making claims like this, as the examples you give above are all very common. That's poker.

Post some hand histories or some more tangible evidence.

Didn't you win all your money in the forum freerolls though?

What you should do is get the names of the players you think are Boss Network bots, and feed them into Sharkscope. If they're as bad as you say they are and they're just regular fish then they'll have negative ROIs. If they were cashbots then they'll probably have no data in STTs.

Whatever site you play on there's people saying "Typical <insert site name> river" or such and such

Shane, the more you play live the more you will see these sick outdraws aren't just online. Poker is a sick game and should be banned

That's not totally true. Depending on the level you are playing, fixing hands can result in creating larger pots meaning the network can make the max €3 more often.
