eg take £4,000 - play till you've gone through it once - average cost £108 ie equivalent of going out for a nice dinner for two (just higher variance)

But if you keep putting the money back in - you're ev is 97.3% x 97.3% x 97.3% ..... which tends to zero sooner or later

the tip about roulette is to not play roulette!

cos...... in the long run...... you are going to lose
- but, if you do play roulette now and again maybe for fun - the only bets i would do are
red or black - odd or even - or betting on the 3rds.... and thats about it!
