Anyone interested in representing a gambling.co.uk team? I'm going to have a craic

Gambling.co.uk are taking on the eSport-Poker league!

The Harlem Globetrotters, the winning team of the World Cup 1966 and of course ‘The A-Team’: now take your place in team history as Gambling.co.uk takes on the eSport-Poker league!

Ever thought you could represent Gambling.co.uk poker team? Well, we’re entering a team into Europe’s first eSport-Poker league, and we’d like you to prove your skills so we can pick you for the team.

The team will be called the POT CHASERS!

There’s a total of $180,000 in prize money up for grabs, and qualification for the team is simple. There is one freeroll left: 2nd March, where you can secure your starting position in the POT CHASERS Poker Team. This is your unique chance to join the professional division of the eSport-Poker league directly – and for free!

The best 5 players of each qualification tournament will form our future poker team, and will go on to play for $180,000 in prize money in the eSport-Poker league! The best part is: nobody plays alone. The points scored by individual team players are added up. It is this total score which determines the team’s position in the table, and is decisive for victory or defeat. Poker played in teams in a league system – this is the novelty of the eSport-Poker league. The points required to win the big prize at the end of the season can only be won with the POT CHASERS poker team. The tournaments will be our favourite game, No Limit Texas Hold’em.

Okay, this does seem a little confusing. I've had a look at the site and their appears to be a freeroll on Sunday 2nd March, but the actual proper matches start 9th March (can't see how much they cost at the mo, but I think it's very cheap - e.g. $2 each maybe?)...

The poker room being used is.. errr.. "Poker Room". Would be cool if we could get 10 players for the freerolleroo. Go Team GCUK!!

Hello Guys,

This is the basic Idea.....


Each team is between 5 and 20 players.

the season runs over 4 - 6 months.

Each team pays a flat fee of $50 (split between the number of players in your team).

After that the games are free.....yes free...

The game on sunday is to determine who are the best forum players (from a few teams!) and the top players get to play the season for free (yay)!

I think this is a great cheap, way to brush up on your skills and to prove just how great we are here!

Hey guys,

to bring some light into this Poker League

- it´s called eSport-Poker League
- the League is running in UK, Germany and Spain
- there is a Heads-Up and a Teamplay League
- A team in the TP-League can have between 5-20 players
- Both (HU and TP) are departed into a professional League and an qualification league
- In the professional league (1st league, 2nd league) only teams from cooperation partners (gambling.co.uk) are playing
- To play in the professional league you need to play in the qualifiers (TP-League: 02.03. and HU-League: 11.03.)
- The best 10 players of each qualifier (there will be 20 - cause of 20 Teams in the 1st TP-League ) tomorrow will play for a team in the 1st leauge
- The best 20 players of the HU-Qualifier (11.03.) will play in the 1st HU-League

The gambling network is playing with 4 Teams in the 1st league:
1. Red Aces
2. Pro Gamers
3. Pot Chasers
4. Suited Connectors

If there are any more questions - just ask me. This league is really running in Germany - and if you are one of the best teams, you can play in the champions league against the best teams from all over europe. So take your chance in your freerolls tomorrow to go for the 1st Leauge!

Acutally - what I forgot - if you are really good players, you can join every of these 4 qualifiers of this network, which I posted before. But you need to play 4 tournaments at the same time - on the other hand it´s a 4times chance to get into a team in the 1st leauge
