I'm writing a short feature on things we love/hate about online poker rooms and their software:
For instance:
We love: that on UB you can show one card and fold in a HU pot.
We hate: when boss used to put the 'make a choice' box right over the pot size so you couldn't calculate it when making said decision.
Now, I don't play on all the networks so there must be loads I don't know about. So what are your love/hates of online poker software? Please no stuff like 'pacific sucks cos it's bad beat central' (cue waltypies to post this!) or 'party poker is rigged'
What are the nice touches out there on sites that make you return and play again? And what drives you loopy?
'I figured if I ever went broke at poker, it wouldn't be because my best wasn't good enough to keep me afloat. It'd be because my worst was bad enough to sink me.'
Ibreasts and muffs
Promise Her Anything, But Give Her Walty
Buttons that change disastrously as you go to click on them. Haven't checked to see if it's still the same, but Boss used to have a "Check/Fold" button that changed to a "Call" one when someone bet, which was a catastrophe if you went to tick the former option and ended up calling a massive bet instead before you could undo it, as the four people in between you and the bettor all auto-folded in a split second.
And for FUCK'S SAKE FUCKING STOP IT with the popups about tournaments I don't give a shit about when I'm trying to make a critical decision.

I've also noticed some tournaments (eg. APAT) don't show up in the relevant tourney sub-section, but DO show under "all tournaments". (??) I've missed one because of this.
It's simple - don't play if you can't accept losing!
Software wise - they have to have 4 coloured decks and the ability to quickly review hand history!
Betfair Poker hasn't got the buttons changing sorted either!

Hate:
- Short time banks, no "time" feature.
- Having to use a slider bar instead of just entering my bet amount.
- 5 handed tables
- A stupid cashier that doesn't top you up if you happen to win the current hand.
- Crashing / Hanging software
- Basically everything about the software on the Boss network.
Love:
- Resizable tables.
- Auto top up option (doesn't exist I don't think but would be awesome)
- Multiple Skins
- All the players on the Boss network
- Ability to set up private tables/tournaments
