I don't understand what sort of thing you want to be told here.

    Poker strategy?
    To stop playing?
To re-evaluate your most primitive beliefs and desires?

I'd suggest playing microstakes. Even if you lose every game it would take some pretty serious determination to build up any debt worth worrying about.

Perhaps try reading a poker book like Harrington or Sklansky or something to improve your game.

    Or just play solitaire instead.

I'd say: What site are you playing on? Whats your username? And when are you gonna be on next?
