I would say good fold. I think he re-raises you on the flop with a minimum of top pair, more likely a set though.

And even if he only has top pair that's a horrid turn and the river isn't much better !!!

I think the only possible hand he could have that you're beating is a busted flush draw.

I fold here everytime.
