Default Poker.co.uk problem

I think a mate of mine has spotted a problem with the splitting of Omaha hi/lo pots on poker.co.uk.

An Error Has Occurred!

The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.

do you have to be logged in on that site to view? that would explain why it wont hotlink

take whatever your showing us off that site and put it somewhere accessible and link to it instead, might fix the problem, i'm interested to see this as i only really play o8 on poker.co.uk and have occasionally wondered about a pot or 2

they are incorrectly splitting pots and losing chunks of it

858766954 08 December 2007 19:33:16 Omaha Hi/Lo Real Cash Game 0.05/0.10 PL Table OH 20 -2.40

it clearly states i lose 2.40 that hand

in a pot where i won 75%

Putfile - Uploaded Picture

Putfile - Uploaded Picture

my hand Hi = 2 pair queens and 6`s with nut low

His hand hi = 2 pair queens and 5`s with nut low

yet the software chops the pot, and i lose 2.40 in a 75% win pot!!!!!!!!

theres definitely something strange there, i dont know if its the way the hand history is written as far as the money goes, there should be 18.50 in the pot at showdown - the rake, yet it shows only 6.70 paid out each, that makes no sense in itself. along with getting the hand rankings wrong!!

gonna check all my hand historys on there now!!

That is very strange indeed.

Please can you PM me a copy of the text version of the hand history, or ask the player to email me that?

Dan, was this post a wind up?

For the hand in question, the lo hand was split, the hi hand was won by another player with a straight. This information is off the right of the screen not shown on the screenshot (note the scrollbars), and a reason why I asked for the text version of the hand history.

I'd appreciate a retraction/apology posted on the original site.

fuck that. Behead them for dissing your software in public for a flaw it doesn't possess.
edit: tastleless beheading pic removed

I would complain about the late reg not working, the check button turning into call, and the fact that the full-ring cash tables are booting everyone randomly. (boss network problem, not poker.co.uk specific)

but nobody like a complainer.

Matt. Apology (of sorts) posted on the original site.

"...after no response from surport for any of my issues

I found the text version showed that there was a third player in the pot with a better hi hand

yet when the hand played out i`m sure if it was heads up

If it is my mistake i Appologise

And retract any harmful comment made about the aforementioned site

It appears my misunderstanding of there hand history system caused the confusion

However if surport had answered my response i would not have posted this up

My misunderstanding and surports lack of ability to do anything for anyone meant that i was not put strait earlier

Go, use this site and get paid over and over again."
