Unhappy Conversation with support at VC

HostBelinda: Hello how may I help?
sparrowW2:Hi have ticked hand strength in options
    sparrowW2: .....it does not display
    HostBelinda: okay?
    HostBelinda: one moment
HostBelinda: it will appear on the table when you play
    sparrowW2: no it doesn't
HostBelinda: & you have checked the box?
    sparrowW2: yes
    HostBelinda: one moment
HostBelinda: can you send us a screen shot?
    sparrowW2: ?
    sparrowW2: where to?
    HostBelinda: support@pokersupport.com
sparrowW2: all it would show would be a table
sparrowW2: where should the hand strength be?
HostBelinda: on the table above the cards
sparrowW2: is it by the dealer?
sparrowW2: well it is not there
sparrowW2: there is the pot total, and that's it
HostBelinda: okay tech have asked for a screen shot so they can investigate
sparrowW2: pointless to send a screen shot of one of your own tables.YOU KNOW WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE!
HostBelinda: are you not able to take a screen shot?
sparrowW2: probably can, but it is simply futile, like sending a picture of the view from your own office window........
sparrowW2: when looking out of the window would be quicker
sparrowW2: I would have to get involved in a game, bet some money to see a flop, print screen, paste into paint, save as jpeg, open outlook, write E-mail, wait for response.
sparrowW2: when all you would see is one of your own tables
HostBelinda: I can only ask you to do what tech require if you don't want to then there is nothing further I can do
    sparrowW2: hopeless
sparrowW2: put me on to "tech"
HostBelinda: sorry can't they won't speak to you
    sparrowW2: even more hopeless
HostBelinda: Is there anything else I can help you with?
sparrowW2: and this is customer service?

    Angry

No more than usual, Dan. Mind you, I am a grumpy fecker at the best of times. I was trying to learn Omaha, and a hand strength guide would have been handy, working out the best 5 from 7 is hard enough for me, with 9, I am folding str8s and flushes left right and centre. Turns out (so it seems) there is none for Omaha, but there is for Texas. Seems arse upwards to me, shurley Omaha is when a novice needs it most?

By hand strength do you mean when it tells you whether you have two pair or a straight? I've noticed when I've been playing omaha on poker.co.uk for a while, and then play it somewhere else, I tend to misread my hands there, since I seem to look more at the hand strength on poker.co.uk than the actual board. Just take your time a bit more to work out what you have.

I must admit im guilty of doing that, especially when multi-ing, just laziness and only saves a few seconds anyway. I know its bad practice for if I ever play live or if I play on a site that doesnt display it.

I now have it turned off.
