Pet Hates/Wishlists

Just thought I'd start this thread because there are things on certain sites which annoy and there doesn't seem to be any forums to air them. So for starters:
William Hill.
1)Drag bars don't work so in a lobby you cannot see a player's location for instance
2) Maybe only crap players like me want it but there is no way of reminding yourself what you have folded until after the hand and going to "history"
3) no volume control on matey's voice, so if you're listening to something else you have to balance vols up everywhere
4)No scroll lock on chat slider so you can't catch up with chat
5)I agree that chat should be disabled when someone is all-in, but why does it wipe the pithy and beautifully typed witticism, so you can't wait till after the hand is over
6)Frequent disconnects

This annoys me on crypto too, though I don't agree that chat should be disabled when someones all in

As for some of the others:

You can turn off "mateys voice" so you dont get the annoying "all in" over your music

And I don't think ive ever been disconnected from Willhill!

One thing I would add though is that (email-wise) their customer service is terrible, they frequently don't reply, I had to send 3 emails over about 2 weeks last time.

I can't remember which site this is (may be Stars actually) but there's one site where the pre-emptive fold button (before action gets to you) turns into the call button when the action is on you. So, on occassion you can be going to auto fold your rags but actually end up calling. Lovely when you flop two pair but annoying as hell the other 98% of the time.

Why can't I search for someone, so I can play with fishy mates?
In the "lobby" of any live game there is somewhere you can go (bar) to moan about how you got knocked out, donkeys who call with rags, where is the next game etc. With William Hill, no such place (forum)... Or is there?, ppl tell me there is but I can't find it, so it's not exactly well publicised. Makes you wonder if WH isn't a real club, just after the money (cynic ain't I?)

The problem is in finding a solution to a problem like that - like if the button was disabled for a second after the call value went up, so you can't accidentally click it in that time? And/Or it flashes a different colour? Not that I'd know anyone that would steal your ideas
