Standard line here against an unknown is raise to about 3x his bet, maybe a little more. This is the higher variance way to play the draw but calling isnt really an option i dont think.
IMO this donk lead is a draw sooo often and his bet acts as a kind of blocker to see a cheapish turn card with the bonus of possibly getting you to lay down overs. If he does have a big hand this line lets us find out about it ASAP.
Also he must know this is a scary board for you so he could have bottom pair or even air from time to time.
I raise here expecting a fold a decent amount of the time, I wouldnt be surprised if we actually have the best hand at the moment with Q hi. Obv if he calls we still have a v nice draw and tainted overs![]()
