Walty has the edge on me in this - for the prime reason i HATE online poker with a passion. My attention span is 30 minutes! Not looking good so far is it? No!

So whats my game plan? I am NOT going for 'the big win' or to play 'big' MTT's.... iam going to be going for the little and often approach.

I am going to stick to a strict 5% in play at one time.

....but 6 weeks is a relitivly short period of time and if i was honest i think i would be lucky to get 50 hours of poker in!!

So my plan is to protect the bankroll as opposed to gamble with the bankroll... how i am going to do this? micro stakes cash game on poker.co.uk is fairly easy to make a profit... so i will stick to 12/25 & 25/50 levels.

With all profits from the cash game i will play $10 mtt's/stt's & focusing mainly on the 30max games as they last under 2 hours. Also, the forum value added games will be of interest and i will have to start playing them and TRY to take them seriously (even though they r a donk fest!)

Prediction: It will be close! & i will be surpised if one of us makes a profit!! Break even here i come!!

Waltys plan!

First off i believe this challenge is going to be a good thing and will really stick the bankroll management side of things into peoples heads (alexross)!

I could just stick the whole amount on a 2/4 table and see how much i can make from one sitting with the whole roll on the line. This would be complete madness and i would never do this in a million years.

The plan for me will nearly be like raiser however i am going to try a few different things. My main aim will be getting into the $30K tourny now on boss. Sats on this are cheap as chips as from what i have seen they are simple to qualify in.

I am also going to do something i cant stand online but will give it a go. This is playing STI's!!! These things are crap and i really dont know why i am doing it but the overall aim of this challenge is to make profit. The best way of doing this is playing the $3 - $5 STI's. In these you can fold into the money as most of the players are complete donks. This way will mean profit around 80% of the total STI's played.

Micro cash games are also in order here however without the likes of PT and various other software it may feel like walking into a bar naked!! In cash i think i will stick to the 10 seater tables. My thinking behind this is 5 seater = 4 fish, 10 seater = 9 fish

Again like Raiser i dont feel i will be playing too much as most of my life at the moment is spent training for this half marathon in September but i reckon i can fit a couple of hours in a day.

If people are interested i will post up results etc so you can all laugh at how crap i am
