Besides all of the others that have been mentioned (which agree with) i wouldnt be too disappointed to come across T1S9... (prob because it looks like a tournie game! lol)
All with same stacks (new game?) good chance to get a tight image... once gets deeper then loosen up.
When on Button would have position on 3 LP players and two tag players in blinds... when in CO would have position on 2 LP players and an LP in the BB and a tag player on the button...
The only thing putting me off slightly is the stack sizes... but i would say the game has potential (?)
Ok in all fairness your description of players pretty much mean shit to anyone. Just because a player is TAG does that make him good??
I believe you could get a true picture of where to sit if you do how i do with my notes. If a player plays TAG they get a 1 - 5 rating. Basically 1 being good and 5 being bad.
Think about it Gus Hansen plays LAG but i class him as a LAG 1.
Maybe if we changed the player descriptions to fit this you will get a better respsonse on where to sit!!
Does this make sense or am i ranting?

Promise Her Anything, But Give Her Walty
When I first wrote out the post I had loads of categorys, but when I read it through it was to complicated. So I know what you mean, TAG is a shit description, but I think the descriptions given serve there purpose for this example.Originally Posted by waltypies

Its means a bit more to me. Hence my plans on selecting seats are slightly different.

Okay, add to the layout I gave by adding your ratings to the side of each of the players. What it do?Originally Posted by waltypies

I tend to play short sessions because my attention span is pretty crap, so unknown players are worse as there isn't always much of an opportunity to get a feel for how they play.Originally Posted by PokerWoody
A good LAG is going to be the hardest to play against, but when you know they're a good LAG you can avoid putting yourself in bad spots. It's when an unknown player turns out to be a good LAG that it's bad, but that's not too often as there aren't all that many good LAG players out there at the level I play at.
TAG players are just boring and you're probably not going to make much money if any at all, but it's easy to play against.
