does "torticollis raised - $4.00" mean he made it $6 total preflop?

Ermm, don't bet the flop and deffo fold to his all in. Seriously, you are not in good shape against the hands you beat and that hands that beat you, and there are lots of them, really hurt you.

What range of cards do you consider he might have after his all in bet?

was difficult - i bet to see where i stood and i found out - flush draw and overpairs were my main concern - his reraise preflop lends me to the over pair to be honest - hence the fold

with the turn and river to come even if i was leading he had numerous outs - he could have any big pair, two over cards, and those overcards could be both diamonds!

or me may have come in with 89,78 suited and hit the flop hard

Id fold like a cheap ironing board, like woody says theres not much you beat, he way well have an over pair or an 8 and by going all in he's pricing out flush draws

Preflop - I like your initial raise, stack sizes around the table are good for raising this hand in this spot. The reraise is a concern as this obviously represents a pretty big hand, on top of that you have someone who likes there hand enough to cold call a 3bet...which is totally scary. Once the action gets back to you you can probably call for set value. Against just the initial raiser you'd have to fold but now we have the other guy in there I think you can make an argument for calling. So preflop is all fine IMO.

Flop - That is not a good flop for you, basically any flop without a 5 in it isn't a good flop for you. Heads up you might be able to make a weak lead (commonly known as a 'donk bet') and get him to fold a big ace but generally I wouldn't recommend that play without a read...against two players with the preflop action we've seen its very rare that you will be up against two hands worse than yours. Even if you are they are still likely to call getting 3-1 and you really don't want to see any turn card.

Also, if your opponent is thinking about what hands you might have, it's pretty clear that you don't have an 8. This probably doesn't matter much though as they are probably not thinking in this way.
