I agree that the turn bet is unusual to some extent, but maybe UTG puts the CO on a draw too. the CO has a big stack and would assumedly reraise UTG there, or postflop due to the flush draw if he were not drawing to it himself, but that makes UTGs allin post river even more odd if he has missed his draw and puts the CO on a flush draw. That's assuming UTG did miss his draw....
