Screen names!

Right being honest here does anyone play people with silly screen names differently to ones which are not stupid.

Recently i have found on a couple of sites to which i have different usernames on that people play me in a different way to my other screen name despite me playing in exactly the same way.

Take for instance partypoker.

On that site i stupidly revealed on here i have the roaringbutt screenname. This name is my friend and great playing cash PROVIDING you play tight. If you do this people for some reason think you are a loose player and will play silly buggers with you when you are involved in a pot. Have the nuts and you will double up However when i switch to the waltypies screenname on the same site, players and table its a different story.

So can anyone admit that they do this? I know i have done and i just want to find out if you do. Remember have one stupid name to play TAG and a sensible one to play LAG

Most places dont allow you to have two accounts or change your username. Id change them every day if I could.

Boss network is the only place which has not allowed me to have 2 usernames everyother site i have played on lets me. Littlewoods poker i have 6 different screennames!!!

I will sometimes play differently against certain user names. Someone sat down on my table recently called "O_RLY?". My instant reaction was unimaginative 2p2 nit, beat up on him. Sure enough he played at about 14/10 (although over not so many hands).

Personally I like to have some sort of homosexual undertone to my names because I think people, well men in particular, act irrationally towards all things gay. Not sure if it has really helped me or not though but if people ask about it (LuvDaCoc for instance) I do play up to it and remember once saying something like "you just got screwed by a coc lover big boy" after stacking this guy who was taking the piss out of my name. He bought back in for the full amount and proceeded to just hand me his stack. It was probably the stackage which put him on tilt rather than the comment but I like to think it helped

The thing that puts me off from being called "Horny Faggot" or something is that on alot of sites you have to keep that name forever

I might test it out and try a new one at some point though...
