The big stacks both flopped sets, which is basically a dream come true for anyone with the nut high and low. No-one had a flush draw and no-one had a conventional straight draw. Between them they had about 1.1 outs for the high and some other small amount of outs for the low. Boborella was actually drawing dead on the high except for his runner runner straight because somebody else had his last 7. On the flop I'm sharing the nut low with someone but he's a short stack and another $9 goes in per player without him. Overall on the flop I had 64% of the pot, but if you ignore the short guy I have 85% of it. Good thing this wasn't pot limit because each of those sets would have bet pot on the flop and I would've staked my whole bankroll on the hand from there if I'd had it on the table and been thoroughly raped.

Sad to hear that, but always useful learn from another players involved in the game.
I was reading this www.pokersyte.com/omaha_hilo.htm
thinking of playing Omaha instead of traditional Texas Holdem, but theory is nothing when the real thing is totally different.
