    Default Customer service/live help Miracle

just had the most amazing experience since i used the net!! a live help that actually works!!!!

being so used to crappy service and clueless morons i thought i'd find out what happens if i clicked the manager button, after waiting what seemed like an eternal 12 seconds, YES only 12 SECONDS for a response i decided to ask the difference in blind structures on the stt's (they have normal, turbo, speed and extended) to my amazement the guy reeled off all the differences and the whole thing took 4 minutes and 37 seconds from start to finish and not once was i given an external link or an email address!!!

    the site in question?

Don't speak too loudly but i had similarly good service from boss media when my card wouldn't work a while back. I had to get a new one as the old one was fucked from pulling it in and out of my wallet funding my wifes clothes habit. The new one had a different issue number and the software wont let you configure it yourself but they sorted it pronto

My friend plays this site all the time and says how good it is.

you can update ya card by going to deposit and changing the details to your new cards then exiting at the deposit amount screen, it saves the details whether ya deposit or not

No you cant. Well you can but only certain details you can change. I had new issue number and new security number and new expiry date. You can't alter all these. The software wont let you for security reasons so I had to delete the old card and the reregister the new one

I know Tribeca have sold up, but isn't paddy power the same as VC, Blue Sq, Blonde Poker, Doyles Room etc - except they have irish open sateliites?
