i've been watching the show on challenge this past couple of weeks and its worth getting a torrent for and watching if you havent seen any of them....very entertaining and the commentary isnt too bad but the actual standard of play is a lot weaker than i imagined it would be, in fact only the london tour looked like a tough game to get through although i'm sure the editing was geared more towards entertainment than anything else
anyway...question is, How far do you think YOU could get in a major ranked event? be it the wsop or ept, be honest as theres nothing stupider than posting "yeah i think i could win it" if your always first out of the forum freeroll LOL, we'll assume 5000 runners for the wsop and 1000 for the ept, where would you place? and where would you be happy with?

If i was properly rolled it is still hard to say, obviously the standard is high (understatement), but i dont know if its just the editing or the fact that you can see the hole cards but a lot of questionable plays are made. I can remember watching that Dimitri Knobles from the WSOP main event 2006 and thinking you are shit, but he got quite far. But then again for every idiot theres like 20 "masters". To be honest id have to try rather than guess

i guess he missed the bit about being honest, and becomes the laughing stock again......
of course i'd be happy to apologise if dice is prepared to post the results of his last 5 live mtt's so we can all see his proven record and reasoning as to why he's sure to make ft in a major event!!

You already suggested they were a load of fish. Do you expect me to answer "actually I think a load of fish is too difficult a challenge for me."

i didnt mention fish anywhere, i did however say the standard of play was weaker than i imagined, which could imply a strong field yet not totally world class, so in the field of runners used in the example does anyone honestly believe they could make it into the money or close or even last the first day?

dice.... why do you bother posting here? i asked a pretty straight forward question and hoped it would get a few replys on what standard people think their mtt game is at and thought by saying it would be stupid to say you'd win it (which it obviously would) that there might be a few intelligent replys
the first thing you post is a load of shit about how you'd final table....making a fool of yourself and acting as if you deliberately wanted to post what i've asked people not to!!
then secondly you post about a bad luck disclaimer in other words your first post was pointless but if anyone pulled you up on it you could justify it with another load of nonsense
then thirdly you post another load of crap about fantasy poker that happens so rarely its hardly worthwhile mentioning and at not one single point have you bothered to just give an honest answer to a simple question!
do you think its possible to maybe just post something sensible once in a while and stop dragging threads into pointless argumentative rubbish that always seems to centre around YOU!!!!!!
