If you give Sloggs a range on the turn of AA, AK and QQ (seems about right to me) then he's more likely to get away from AA or AK if you raise the turn and he probably bets the river fairly often if you call. QQ is getting it all in whatever you do.
Min-raise on the turn might make a river push small enough to almost guarantee getting all-in, but pushing the turn wouldn't be a good idea IMO.
