I'm actually posting here to prevent me breaking something.
In the space of 10 or so hands
I've been quartered with a guy that hit a 2 outer to quarter me
Some guy calls my overbet on the flop with 4 aces onthe flop to see a 2 and a 3 of clubs come to give him a straight flush < that one made me want to cry
Someone called my FH with 2 pair on the flop to get running 3's for 4 of a kind.
Also a couple of other stupid beats that i can't remember.
That's the worst run of luck i've ever had, and probably the most expensive too.

Right. What have you got?
"Three pairs."
What d'you mean three pairs? You're only allowed five cards!
"Oh. Shit! Er, two pairs. Well, two and a half pairs."

Nightmare!![]()
Stop playing if you haven't already is my advice!!
Call it a day and win some back tomorrow
I must agree, Wuddle is clearly going to nowhere and more that luck is a matter of attitude, so tomorrow can be a bright day to play.Originally Posted by CitrusSR

Unlucky Wuddle, similar things happened to me the last couple weeks.
Continual bad beats mixed in with a few mistakes (im honest) and SEVERE tiltness.
Result: destroyed most of my roll that I had built from scratch by grafting for 3 months. (i dont play to make money I just enjoy the game and enjoy/enjoyed (lol) watching my roll grow with no specific target in mind)
It started going wrong on omaha as i had built my entire roll from cheap STT and MTT holdem. But the tilt from omaha carried on into my holdem game and I started playing larger entry fee STT etc and the rest is history..
Now im back down to a bare minumum roll im playing better.
The same thing would occasionaly happen during my fruit playing 'career'. From time to time it would go pear shaped (either due to bad luck or relaxed playing (ie playing shit that u shouldnt be)) and a quick step back and pause for thought would get me back on track.
Omaha gets me too frustrated, its just sooo easy to be outdrawn by idiots.
I wouldnt let it phase you too much if you generaly do well at it or even if you play for fun mostly but break even. Just take a short break and go back to it.
May the force be with you

Heh.. lost somewhere in the region of $250 i think... a graph would be amusing, i think i asked somewhere about whats the best way to go around getting one set up but no-one replied(I use stars if that matters).
Luckily though i've switched to heads up PL omaha h/l... and i've won the last 11(yes i've counted) games i've played at $5 or $20 depending how i feel... so all is well again, everyone is either too loose or too agressive, so easy to either chip away or pick off at will.
