Hey Alex,

If you mean the new chat system they got, try do the following, (I got it from them).

Delete cookies - (from internet explorer) click Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Delete Cookies

Afterwards: Still on the General Tab, also click Settings > check that "Check for newer versions of stored pages" is set to Automatic / Automatically...click OK and Apply

works in IE but now NO OPERATORS... Strange. (I bet there is no operators with this new page..)

What is the point? Have had poor results emailing these people in the past (they never get your email or mail u back..)

I tried getting an operator, and managed within like 25 secs using IE.

Hopefully like gambler said, they'll manage to sort out firefox.

I got one after 2 hrs of persistence (using IE). maybe they were understaffed that day the ironic bit was that i was wasting my time, and they made me go and contact webdollar lmao
