99? possibly 77 or a very loose K (T,9 or7)
no point calling the turn raise to check the river, either reraise or fold as its going in on the river check anyway and you gave a free card on top

Turn is an easy call IMO - If we gave him a range of just a set then my call is only slightly -EV in terms of imeadiate odds (we have 7 outs and are getting about 4.5-1 but need about 5.5-1) but we have some good implied odds when we do out draw him which compenstates for this. We should also inlcude KQ and a bluff in his range too though which makes this pretty much an auto call (I think his line is a bluff MUCH more than KQ though out of those two options).
Raising the turn ensures we only get called by better hands (maybe KQ sometimes). On the turn I'd rank our options thus...
Calling>Folding>Raising.
The problem with this hand is the river. When we do call we should also have a river plan for all cards. My plan was to check fold when I missed...but I didn't which is why I suck at poker.
I know this opponent and when he pushes the river he is not bluffing or value pushing a worse hand enough for this to be a call. Blocking the river might work, if I lead out for $25 say but I don't know. I thought i'd left this leak behind a long time ago, evidently I was wrong.
