Depends, do you want a coin flip? I cant imagine he is on AA/KK - saying that i do preform the over bet to fake weaker hands - Id say call and hope he has AK and go for the coin flip! or he has under pair! CALL CALL CALL!!!
Fold.
The more I read these threads the more I feel they are impossibly to comment on without having been sat at the table. It's not just your perception of an individual that influences play, it's also their perception of you as a player that influences their play. Without knowing how this guy has played up to now then it really is impossible to say with any real certainty
As you say, you have little knowledge of him so you simply have to put him on Kings or Aces. I would find that almost impossible to call for almost all my chips to be honest. Why on earth would he make a play like that after a raise and a reraise if he wasn't holding more or less the nuts??
Id fold most of the time in this situation. Ladies have got me in2 too much trouble with a preflop coinflip, particulary in MTT's. He may well have been on an underpair to your hand but his all in was alot 2call even tho u RR. IMO i think your rr was 2 high but i am not an experienced cash game player. Were you looking for him 2 call your RR(four times his raise) or fold to take his $8? I would ave prob just called his initial raise and took a peek at the flop. Saying that unless a lady or straitage flops you dont really know where you are with this hand especially if an A or K flops.
Did he show what he had?
Contrary to my X-girlfriends judgment, I am patient and have staying power!
this is a very very tough call or fold. he's raised 4x bb from co with one limper in front. therefore imo he has some sort of hand. your re-raise is legitimate obv as you've got q-q. when he re-raises my thinking would be as follows: he said he had a hand by raising 4x bb now he's re-raised my re-raise he says he really has a hand. the question is then does he have k-k or a-a, for this purpopse i rule out q-q, although that could be a rare possibility.
with lack of reads on this player you then have to go to your bank of knowledge of 1/2nl play - i don't play these stakes so no idea. but i guess you weigh up the prospect of him wanting what's out there (c.$45) as oppossed to your whole stack. he's not getting 8-1 so maybe he pushes with 9s-Js but it's doubtful. the only hand you can beat is a-k or a-q or J's or 10s that IMO someone re-raises a raise in a cash game.
Having said all this i actually think i still call this bet as if i run into aces or kings, it happens,as it's unlikely. i think a call or fold here is correct. Anyone got an ICM model to work this out with? Is there one on pokerstove?
'I figured if I ever went broke at poker, it wouldn't be because my best wasn't good enough to keep me afloat. It'd be because my worst was bad enough to sink me.'
Your re-raise looks a bit too big, I probably go somewhere around $24. Probably have to fold here without knowing the player.
I would say that you really cant know exactly what your opponent has but based on the odds that he will have pocket aces are about 200 or so to 1 which although possible wont be happening with so many players.
you having qq is a better then average hand and because of this i would call...no reason to let a good hand go to waste. you never know when your opponent is blufing online but the chance that he will have a better hand then you is very unlikely. stay in and play you never know...many a time I play in and lose and other times i win in this position you have to just trust intuition based on the imporbable odds.
Thank You,

I would have called his raise and as said above take a look at the flop. For him to go all in i would think he should be holding aa but wouldnt be suprised if he was actually holding ak suited or even worse 10-j suited.
I forgot to say but having no info on the player i would CALL
lol @ Raiser.
I think the problem with this hand is having no infomation which makes this a pretty standard fold I felt. Without a read to say otherwise I think you have to give credit for the hand that they are representing. He didn't show.
